Questions site owners ask

Is it really free?

Yes. You can put any of these games on any number of pages, personal or business, at no cost.

Will my visitors see ads?

Not inside the game. The game shows only the game itself and a small “Play more at Afternoon Games” link underneath.

Can I change the size?

Yes. The code sets the width to fill your column (up to 1000 pixels) and a height that suits the game. Change height="…" to make it taller or shorter; the cards and tiles resize to fit. For the card games, 600 pixels or more is most comfortable.

Do visitors keep their game if they leave?

A game in progress and the visitor’s settings are kept in their own browser, as on our site. Nothing is sent to you or to us, and there is nothing to sign in to.

Dark pages and light pages

By default the game follows each visitor’s device: light by day, dark if they have chosen a dark screen. To always match your page, choose “Always light” or “Always dark” above before copying the code.
